Built as the foundation  for expansion in Asian markets with Google Cloud

On June 30, 2022, Cloud Ace Inc. (headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Makoto Aoki; hereafter “Cloud Ace”) announced the establishment of a new subsidiary in India.

India is the second most important market in Asia after China in terms of global business expansion.

Cloud Ace is establishing a local subsidiary in India to further develop our customer base and strengthen our support system following the opening of the second Google Cloud region in India last year. As usage expands, demand for high-quality support is expected to increase.

The establishment of this subsidiary will be the eighth sales base for the company group in Asia, following those in Vietnam, Singapore, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, China, and Hong Kong. Cloud Ace will continue to export high-quality Japanese system integration and further strengthen its global structure, including the sharing of engineering resources across all of its offices, as it strives to expand and strengthen its business as a managed service provider for Google Cloud, similar like in  Japan.

In response, Mr. Yoshidumi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cloud Ace Inc. said the following.
