Cloud Ace, Inc.’s parent company Yoshidumi Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokyo Chiyoda City, CEO: Ayatoshi Yoshidumi, hereinafter referred to as “we,” or “our”), with the aim of strengthening business both domestic and overseas, has completed fund-raising totalling 1 billion yen with

  • Norinchukin Bank (headquarter: Chiyoda, Tokyo, COB: Kazuto Oku)
  • SMBC Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (1) (headquarter: Chuo, Tokyo, President and CEO: Koichi Noda)
  • Resona Capital Co., Ltd. (1) (headquarter: Koto, Tokyo, President and CEO: Takashi Miyajima)

and pre existing shareholders as underwriters.

The funds raised are planned to be allocated to activities such as; recruiting gifted talent to increase quality of services, increasing the speed of our services development, further overseas expansion, and promotion, among other things.

We are a certified Google Cloud™ Managed Service Provider and a cloud integrator specializing in Google Cloud, with experience providing one-stop support for everything from planning cloud integration to operations/maintenance. We currently operate in 8 countries in Asia, and through this round of fund-raising we hope to further accelerate our enterprise oriented business, and will endeavor to increase the quality of our technical support and system development as a Google Cloud Premier Service Partner, further develop our services to better cater to the needs of our Google Cloud utilizing clients, and strengthen our position as a whole.

In addition, we have agreed with Google Cloud to a non-binding, multi-year agreement with the goal of reselling and offering 15.5 trillion yen worth of Google Cloud’s technologies and services. Our group will continue to commit to Google Cloud, and support our client companies’ digital transformation.
