In Hanoi, Vietnam on Feb. 13, 2023, at the Signing and Launch Ceremony of its “Establishment of Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure and Implementation of Cloud Environment Use Cases” project, An Binh Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ABBANK) announced its collaboration with Google Cloud and a Cloud Ace – CMC Telecom consortium to drive successful digital transformation.

ABBANK is working toward its vision of becoming a leading bank that uses cloud services effectively and securely. It is now expanding its investment in digital transformation to deliver the best experience to current and future customers. This will result in about 50% of ABBANK’s IT services being deployed in a hybrid cloud environment.

To expand its customer base and provide a seamless user experience, the engineering teams from ABBANK, Cloud Ace and CMC Telecom will be using Google Cloud’s Anthos platform to implement and manage the Bank’s hybrid cloud environment. This project will help reduce ABBANK’s total cost of ownership (TCO) and allow it to access Google Cloud’s extensible infrastructure and services to scale its delivery of digital financial services and products on applications like AB Ditizen.
