Cloud Ace Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda City, Tokyo, President and CEO: Makoto Aoki) is pleased to announce that they have achieved Managed Service Provider (MSP) status with Google Cloud, as part of the Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program on November 27, 2021. 

In order to achieve Managed Service Provider (MSP) status with Google Cloud, extensive expertise in developing and delivering cloud solutions in Google Cloud must be demonstrated.
Since reaching the MSP level for the first time in 2019, Cloud Ace has been able to achieve this consecutively for three years.
This time around, the MSP status was achieved in recognition of the company’s high level of technical capabilities in all Google Cloud solutions and their steady progress in their plans to expand their own business in line with Google Cloud’s growth.
Cloud Ace will continue to strengthen their corporate support using Google Cloud technology and leverage their expertise as an MSP to provide services that are tailored to the needs of customers.
In addition, Cloud Ace has started to provide the “Google Cloud Monitoring and Recovery Support Service” based on the knowledge and experience it has accumulated as an MSP.

This is a service that the company performs, monitoring operations on behalf of customers using Google Cloud. Monitoring tools such as Google Cloud Operations are utilized in order to manage and operate Google Cloud. This service utilizes the latest IT technologies and a variety of operational techniques by experts based on a proven track record to provide an operational service that meets the requirements of our customers.
